Sometimes we get that client that really gives us creative freedom to do what we do best. We cannot thank Steffani enough for allowing our imaginations to run wild and for choosing us to be the ones who brought Adanya’s dream celebration to life. Our team started by sourcing the perfect venue.. We found Wanderers club in Wellington was as perfect as they could come. From their chandeliers to the perfect blue window treatments, the room added so much to what we had in mind already.

We had the opportunity to work with some amazing vendors on this event. Guest experience has always been our priority. We made sure that from the moment the guests arrived, this royal fairytale came to life. Inspired by Disney’s own Bibidi Bobidi Boutique,  the kids were able to be transformed into princesses or royal guards. All of that done by their own fairy godmothers and our own prince who was ready to knight his new army.

Fairy Godmother’s got right to work with personalized dresses for each of the little princesses invited to Adanya’s kingdom.

Once inside the royal ball, our little guests had an array of activities to enjoy. All of it was great but what Adanya enjoyed the most was the surprise visit of all her favorite characters. The one hour show included autograph signing, singing and game playing.

Finally the sweets area. Perhaps the area that had most detail of the party was this. We made sure to incorporate little touches from the movie and of course had hidden mickey’s for guests to find. Can you spot any of them?
